RESOLUTION NO. 2016-028
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR A
CONVENTION AND VISITORS BUREAU MINI GRANT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $5, 000 FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR A NEW
VIDEO SCOREBOARD AT RIVERFRONT BASEBALL STADIUM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the grant application dated January 11, 2016, for a
hotel/motel tax grant for additional funding for a new video
scoreboard at Riverfront Baseball Stadium, in the amount of
$5, 000 . 00, by and between the Waterloo Convention and Visitors
Bureau and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of January 2016.
