RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1
TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
RECREATION ENGINEERING &A PLANNING, OF BOULDER,
COLORADO, IN THE AMOUNT OF $245, 865 . 00, PAID FOR
WITH WDC GAMING FUNDS, FOR PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING
AND DESIGN IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF
A WHITEWATER COURSE ON THE CEDAR RIVER IN DOWNTOWN
WATERLOO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Professional Service
Agreement with Recreation Engineering & Planning, of Boulder,
Colorado, in the maximum amount payable of $245, 865 . 00 in
conjunction with the construction of a whitewater course on the
Cedar River in downtown Waterloo is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the same on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of January 2016.
