RESOLUTION NO. 2016-031
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH ROBINSON ENGINEERING CO. , OF
INDEPENDENCE, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $21, 770 . 00 FOR ENGINEERING DESIGN AND
CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES FOR THE
ENVIRONMENTALLY BENEFICIAL ALLEY PERMEABLE
PAVER PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement dated January 11,
2016, between Robinson Engineering Co. , and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $21, 770 . 00, for engineering
design and construction related services for the Environmentally
Beneficial Alley Permeable Paver Project, is hereby approved and
the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of January 2016.
