AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE WESTERLY 115 FEET OF
WYANDOTTE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That portion of Wyandotte Street adjoining Lots 22, 23 and
24, Block 8, Auditor Rainbow's Plat of Maywood, Second
Filing, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, bounded on the
north by the South line of said Lots 22, 23 and 24, on the
east by the East line of Lot 22 extended south, on the south
by the South line of Wyandotte Street extended northwesterly
along the Northeasterly right of way line of the Chicago
Central and Pacific Railroad and on the west by the West
line of Lot 24 extended south, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
