AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 30 TO SECTION 2A -7N,
CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 29, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Thirty (30).
"30.
That part of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Five
(5), Township Eighty-nine North (T89N), Range Thirteen West
(R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the South line of said Southeast
Quarter (SE 1/4) which is One Thousand Eight Hundred
Sixty-five and Sixteen Hundredths (1865.16) feet West of the
Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4); thence
N 0°00'E One Hundred Twenty-six (126.00) feet to the point
of beginning; thence continuing N 0°00'E Three Hundred
Ninety-three and Seventy-six Hundredths (393.76) feet to the
Southerly line of the Chicago Central and Pacific Railroad;
thence S88°08'45"E Two Hundred Twenty-three and Sixty-two
Hundredths (223.62) feet along said Southerly line; thence S
0°00'E Three Hundred Eighty-six and Forty-five Hundredths
(386.45) feet to a point which is One Hundred Twenty-six
(126.00) feet North of the South line of said Southeast
Quarter (SE 1/4); thence N90°00'W Two Hundred Twenty-three
and Five Tenths (223.5) feet to the point of beginning, all
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "M-1" Light
Industrial District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C -Z"
Conditional Zoning District as above described, and as shown on
the site plan, which indicates two (2) 30,000 gal. above -ground
storage tanks, now on file in the office of the City
Clerk/Auditor."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be,
directed to file a certified copy of this
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
