AN ORDINANCE VACATING UNIMPROVED EOLA STREET, HUTCHMAN
AVENUE AND THE PORTION OF CRESTON AVENUE BETWEEN OSAGE
AVENUE AND DUBUQUE ROAD IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described unimproved Eola Street, Hutchman
Avenue and the portion of Creston Avenue between Osage Avenue and
Dubuque Road:
All that part of Eola Street right-of-way (50 feet) from
Hutchman Avenue to Dubuque Road in First Addition to Maywood
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, and
also
All that part of Hutchman Avenue right-of-way (50 feet)
from Osage Avenue to Dubuque Road in First Addition to
Maywood, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa, and also
All that part of Creston Avenue right-of-way (50 feet) from
Osage Avenue to Dubuque Road in First Addition to Maywood,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
