AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 31 TO SECTION 2A -7N,
CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 30, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Thirty-one (31).
"31.
That part of Tract C, Granger's Second Addition,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwesterly corner of said Tract C;
thence S 88°28'33" E along the Southerly line of said
Tract C a distance of 141.39 feet to the point of
beginning; thence N 00°02'25" E a distance of 226.14
feet; thence S 89°57'35" E a distance of 377.93 feet to
the Easterly line of said Tract C; thence S 00°0225" W
along said Easterly line a distance of 55.00 feet;
thence S 22°13'55" W along said Easterly line a
distance of 193.36 feet to said Southerly line of Tract
C; thence N 88°28'33" W along said Southerly line a
distance of 305.00 feet to the point of beginning, all
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-1"
Commercial District to "C -1"/"C -Z" Conditional Zoning District as
above described, and as shown on the site plan, which indicates a
10,000 square foot restaurant building, landscaping,
hard -surfaced parking of the area, plus additional land to be
developed and the extension of Pheasant Lane, now on file in the
office of the City Clerk/Auditor."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
