BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, as follows: All of Union Street lying north of the north line of Sycamore Street and south of the south line of Lafayette Street in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, shall be, and the same is hereby vacated subject to the City's retention of a permanent easement over, under and above the below described property: The easterly thirty (30) feet of the above described street and a portion of the westerly thirty (30) feet of the above described street, described as: an easterly extension of the fourteen (14) foot east -west alley located in Block 1, Riverside Addition, from the west line of Union Street, fourteen (14) feet in even width to the center line of said described street all in Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, INTRODUCED: PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: March 11, 1991 March 11, 1991 March 11, 1991 March 11, 1991 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the 11th day of March, 1991, and approved by the Mayor Pro Tem on the 13th day of March, 1991.
