AN ORDINANCE VACATING UNION STREET IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
All of Union Street lying north of the north line of
Sycamore Street and south of the south line of Lafayette
Street in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated subject to the City's
retention of a permanent easement over, under and above the below
described property:
The easterly thirty (30) feet of the above described street
and a portion of the westerly thirty (30) feet of the above
described street, described as: an easterly extension of the
fourteen (14) foot east -west alley located in Block 1,
Riverside Addition, from the west line of Union Street,
fourteen (14) feet in even width to the center line of said
described street all in Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
