Members present: Morrissey, Feuss, Klein, Amos, Schmitt, and Juon. Mr. Jacobs arrived at
5:00 p.m.
Moved by Schmitt seconded by Juon that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Voice -vote
Ayes: Six. Motion carried.
Objective: Review of edits to Title 1 of the City Code.
The council reviewed Sections 1-6-9 to 1-6-12 of changes to Title 1.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Schmitt seconded by Feuss that the
meeting be adjourned at 5:12 p.m. Voice -vote Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
