AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE UNIMPROVED PORTION OF ALLEY
ADJOINING THE REAR OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 631 LINDEN
AVENUE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That portion of the twenty (20) foot north -south alley in
Block 3, Cowins Addition, Waterloo, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the west line of Lot 5, Block 3,
Cowins Addition, Waterloo, that is 30 feet south of the
south line of Lot 4, Block 3 of said addition, thence west
parallel to the north line of Lot 5, Block 3 to the east line
of Lot 2, Block 3, thence northerly to the northeast corner
of Lot 1, Block 3, thence northeasterly to the northwest
corner of Lot 4, Block 3, thence south along west line of
Lots 4 & 5, Block 3 to point of beginning, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
