AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (33) BURTON AVENUE OF SECTION
551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN
STREETS; AND BY ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW
SUBSECTION (33) BURTON AVENUE TO SECTION 551,
PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN
STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (33) Burton Avenue of Section 551,
Parking Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets, of the
1988 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that
a new Subsection (33) Burton Avenue of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets, of the 1988
Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(33) Burton Avenue West side from Park Road to Walker
Street; east side from Newton to West
Parker Street and from Walker Street to
Virginia Street; east and west sides
from Donald Street to Midland Street
