AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 262 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 261,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred
Sixty-two (262).
"262.
Lot. 4 of Block 13, and all of Block 14 in Lane & Fowlers
Second Addition, Waterloo; all of Blocks 1, 2, and 7 in
Riverside Addition, Waterloo; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and
8 of Auditor's Consolidated Plat, Waterloo; and all of Union
Street lying north of the north line of Sycamore Street and
south of the south line of Lafayette Street all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "M-2" Heavy
Industrial District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-1"
Light Industrial District as above described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be,
directed to file a certified copy of this
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
