AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 263 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 262,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred
Sixty-three (263).
"263.
Lots 139, 140 and 141, Granger's Second Addition, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" Multiple
Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4"
Multiple Residence District as above described, subject to the
multi -family residential condominium and now dwelling use of the
property be restricted to 2,500 square feet of land per dwelling
unit."
Section 2. That the Deputy City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
