AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE, BY
REPEALING SECTION 310, DAILY LOT FEE; AND BY
ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW SECTION 310, DAILY
LOT FEE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Section 310, Daily Lot Fee, of the 1988 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that new Section
310, Daily Lot Fee, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows:
SEC. 310. DAILY LOT FEE.
The daily parking fee shall be designated by Resolution
of the City Council.
