AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL SIDEWALKS IN THE 500 BLOCK OF
MAYNARD AVENUE AND 400 BLOCK OF MAIN STREET IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described sidewalks:
All of the sidewalks adjacent to Maynard Avenue and Main
Street, in front of Lots 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22,
23, 24, 25, 26, and 27, all in Hostetler's Addition, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same are hereby vacated.
