AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTIONS'(88b), BOTH SHAULIS ROAD, OF
SECTION 541, INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN
AREAS; AND BY ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW
SUBSECTIONS (88a) AND (88b) BOTH SHAULIS ROAD OF
SECTION 541, INCREASING LIMITS IN CERTAIN AREAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsections (88a) and (88b), both Shaulis Road, of
Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas, of
the 1988 Traffic Code, are hereby repealed in their
entirety; that new Subsections (88a) and (88b), both Shaulis
Road, of Section 541, Increasing Speed limits in Certain
Areas, of the 1988 Traffic Code, are hereby enacted in lieu
thereof as follows:
(88a) Shaulis Road -
(88b) Shaulis Road
from Hammond Avenue to
Hess Road
- from Hess Road to
Highway 218
