AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE BY
ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION (23a) CLOUGH STREET TO
SECTION 543, THRU STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA:
That a new Subsection (23a) Clough Street is hereby
added to Section 543, Thru Streets, of the 1988 Traffic
Code, as follows:
(23a) Clough Street Campbell Avenue to Home
Park Blvd.
