AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE UNIMPROVED PORTION OF BLUFF
STREET BETWEEN WEST FOURTEENTH AND WEST FIFTEENTH
STREETS IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the unimproved portion of Bluff Street between West
Fourteenth and West Fifteenth Streets:
That part of Bluff Street between West Fourteenth and West
Fifteenth Streets lying within twenty-five (25) feet from
and adjacent to Block 1, Hayes Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
