AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE FIVE (5) FOOT PLA'ri'ED UTILITY
EASEMENTS ON LOTS 4 AND 5 IN AUDUBON PARK SECOND
ADDITION IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement:
The southerly five (5) feet of Lot 4, except the westerly
eight (8) feet thereof; and the northerly five (5) feet of
Lot 5, except the westerly eight (8) feet thereof, all in
Audubon Park Second Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
