AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE TWENTY-FIVE (25)
FOOT PLATTED BUILDING LINE ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF 1226
JULIAN AVENUE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted building line:
The westerly one and one-half (1 1/2) feet in even width of
the easterly twenty-five (25) feet on Lot 77, Kearns
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
