AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE SIDEWALK LOCATED AT 307
RAINBOW DRIVE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the sidewalk located at 307 Rainbow Drive, described as
follows:
The sidewalk adjoining the east side of Lot 4, except those
parts of said Lot 4 deeded to the City of Waterloo and
described as Tracts M and K, all in Congress Addition, City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
