AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE TWENTY-FIVE (25)
FOOT PLATTED BUILDING LINE LOCATED ALONG THE WEST SIDE
OF 253 UPLAND DRIVE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described portion of the twenty-five (25) foot
platted building line located along the west side of 253 Upland
Drive:
The easterly three -tenths (.3) foot in even width of the
westerly twenty-five (25) feet on Lot 19, Bond's Addition,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, that
is built over the two-family residence on said lot,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
