AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE SIDEWALK ADJOINING PROPERTY
AT 1047 THORNDALE AVENUE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described sidewalk adjoining property at 1047
Thorndale Avenue:
The sidewalk adjoining the west side of Lot 7, Auditor Barnes
Plat No. 3, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
