AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE SIDEWALK ADJOINING PROPERTY
AT 919 CHALMER AVENUE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described sidewalk adjoining property at 919
Chalmer Avenue:
The sidewalks adjoining the south and west sides of Lot 7,
and the sidewalk adjoining the south side of Lot 8, all in
Block 1, Downing Place, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
