AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTIONS OF THE CUL-DE-SAC ON
PHEASANT LANE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described portions of the cul-de-sac on
Pheasant Lane:
That part of Pheasant Lane, Granger's Second Addition,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 139 of said
Granger's Second Addition; thence N 00°00'23" W along the
East line of said Lot 139 a distance of 152.59 feet to the
Northeast corner of said Lot 139; thence N 89°05'51" W a
distance of 58.72 feet to a point on the 50 -foot radius
curve on the Northerly line of said Lot 139 and the point of
beginning; thence on a non -tangent curve being on the
Northerly line of said Lot 139 and the Easterly line of Lot
140 of said Granger's Second Addition concave Easterly with
chord bearing N 00°00'23" W and radius of 50.00 feet a
distance of 92.72 feet; thence S 00°00'23" E a distance of
80.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing
approximately 1,118 S.F.
The East line of said Lot 139 is assumed to bear N 00°00'23"
W, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
and also
That part of Pheasant Lane, Granger's Second Addition,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Tract C in said
Granger's Second Addition; thence N 00°00'23" W along the
West line of said Tract C a distance of 152.59 feet to the
Northeast Corner of Lot 139 of said Granger's Second
Addition; thence N 54°01'52" E a distance of 1.59 feet to a
point on the 50 -foot radius curve on the West line of said
Tract C and the point of beginning; thence on a non -tangent
curve being on the West line of said Tract C concave
Westerly with chord bearing N 00°00'23" W and radius of
50.00 feet a distance of 92.72 feet; thence S 00°00'23" E a
distance of 80.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing
approximately 1,118 S.F.
The West line of said Tract C is assumed to bear N 00°00'23"
W, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk Cuonty, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
