AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE EIGHT (8) FOOT
PLATTED UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ALONG THE REAR OF
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 918 COLBY ROAD IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described portion of the eight (8) foot
platted utility easement located along the rear of property
located at 918 Colby Road:
The easterly five (5) feet of the westerly eight (8) feet of
Lot 61, in Granger's Addition, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
