ORDINANCE NO. 3807
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE SIDEWALK ALONG DAVID STREET,
ADJOINING PROPERTY AT 520 WEST PARKER STREET IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
the sidewalk along David Street, adjoining property at 520
Parker Street:
The sidewalk adjoining the east side of the following
described property: all that part of the Northwest 1/4 of
the S.E. 1/4 of Section 14, Township 89, Range 13, lying
north of the I.C.R.R. and southerly and westerly of the
W.C.F. & N. R.R. except the north 150 feet and except all
street right-of-way, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
