AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE FIFTY (50) FOOT
BUILDING LINE AT 1345 PROSPECT BOULEVARD IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that portion of the platted fifty (50) foot building line at 1345
Prospect Boulevard:
The easterly four -tenths (.4) foot in even width of the
westerly fifty (50) feet on Lot 10, Holmes Addition,
Waterloo, that is built over by the residence on said lot,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
