AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE FIVE (5) FOOT PLATTED UTILITY
EASEMENT LOCATED ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 509 CRESTON AVENUE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the five (5) foot platted utility easement located along the
north side of property located at 509 Creston Avenue:
The northerly five (5) feet of Lot 3, in Major Orr's
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
