AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 265 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 264,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred
Sixty-five (265).
"265.
A part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4
of Section 11-88-13, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the NW 1/4 of the NE
1/4 of said Section 11; thence East along the North line of
the NE 1/4 of said Section 11 a distance of 120.00 feet;
thence South a distance of 33.00 feet; thence S. 26° W. a
distance of 498.00 feet; thence S. 9°30' E. a distance of
502.00 feet; thence S. 83°30' W. a distance of 212.00 feet;
thence Southerly along a curve concave Easterly and having a
radius of 193.58 feet a distance of 130.00 feet; thence S
45° W. a distance of 290.00 feet to the South line of the NE
1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 11; thence West along the
South line of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 11 a
distance of 950.00 feet to the Southwest corner of the NE
1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 11; thence North along the
West line of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 11 to
the North line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 11; thence East
along the North line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 11 to the
point of beginning and excepting therefrom the following
described parcel:

feet; thence southerly along a curve concave Easterly and
having a radius of 290.51 feet a distance of 212.95 feet;
thence South a distance of 378.00 feet; thence Southeasterly
along a curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of
235.72 feet a distance of 174.85 feet; thence S. 42°30' E. a
distance of 251.75 feet; thence Southeasterly along a curve
concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 218.47 feet a
distance of 65.40 feet; thence S. 29°30' W. a distance of
200.00 feet to the South line of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
said Section 11; thence West along the South line of the NE
1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 11 a distance of 335.00
feet to the Southwest corner of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
said Section 11; thence North along the West line of the NE

Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
