AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 266 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 265,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred
Sixty-six (266).
"266.
The southeast 81 feet of Lot 2, except the northeast 5.5
feet and the southeast 45 feet of Lot 3, all in Block 4,
Virdens Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" Multiple
Residence District to "C-2" Commercial District as above
described."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
