AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY ADJOINING
PROPERTY AT 631 LINDEN STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That portion of the north -south alley in Block 3, Cowin's
Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa between the
northerly line of said Block 3 and a line 30 feet southerly
of and parallel to the southerly line of Lot 4 in said Block
3 extended westerly to the westerly line of said north -south
alley, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that Ordinance No. 3778 is hereby rescinded in
its entirety.
