AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF BIRMINGHAM AVENUE
LOCATED NORTH OF MITCHELL AVENUE IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described portion of Birmingham Avenue:
That portion of Birmingham Avenue lying southerly of the
northerly line of Lot 11, Block 106, Riverview Addition,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa extended westerly to the
westerly line of Birmingham Avenue and northerly of the
southerly line of Lot 13, Block 106 of said Addition
extended westerly to the westerly line of Birmingham Avenue,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that Ordinance No. 3732 is hereby rescinded in
its entirety.
