RESOLUTION. FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT; ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE FY 2016 SIDEWALK INSPECTION AND REPAIR
PROGRAM - ZONE 5 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE -COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, ' City Hall, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 8th day of
September, 2015, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on
proposed 'plans, specification's, form of contract, etc. , in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2016 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program
Zone 5, Contract No. 892, in the City of Waterloo, with the
taking of _bids therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice ofthetime and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August 2015 .
