AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE TEN FOOT PLATTED
UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 739 STEPHAN AVENUE IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following portion of the ten foot platted utility
easement located along the north side of property located at 739
Stephan Avenue:
The southerly two (2) feet of the northerly ten (10) feet of
Lot 50, except the westerly 34.5 feet thereof and except the
easterly 39.5 feet thereof, in Hansen -Noble Addition, all
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that Ordinance No. 3792 is hereby
rescinded in its entirety.
