RESOLUTION NO. 2015-717
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST FOR THE
NATIONAL DAY OF REMEMBRANCE WALK FOR MURDER
VICTIMS TO WALK THROUGH DOWNTOWN WATERLOO ' ON
SEPTEMBER 25, 2015.
WHEREAS, Heidi Maring has requested to hold- the National Day
of Remembrance Walk for Murder Victims event on September 25,
2015 starting at 5 : 30 p.m. traveling through downtown Waterloo
and ending at the Amphitheater, together with the approval of the
Director of Safety Services, and

WHEREAS, said event will begin at 5 : 30 p.m. , with the route
to start and end at the Amphitheatre .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Heidi Maring to hold the
National Day of Remembrance Walk for Murder Victims event on
September 25, 2015 starting at 5: 30 p.m. traveling through
downtown Waterloo and ending at the Amphitheater, be and the same
is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September, 2015 .
