AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF MARLIN COURT BETWEEN
CONGER STREET AND THE EAST -WEST ALLEY SOUTH OF RIEHL
STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described portion of Marlin Court between
Conger Street and the east -west alley south of Riehl Street:
That part of the thirty-two (32) foot wide right-of-way
known as Marlin Court lying southerly of the south line of
the east -west alley in Block 2, Parkside Addition, extended
westerly; and northerly of the north line of Conger Street
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated with the City's
retention of a permanent utility easement over, under and above
the above described property,
