RESOLUTION NO. 2015-719
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF WESTERN HOME
TO HOLD THE WALK TO END ALZHEIMER' S EVENT ON
SEPTEMBER 26, 2015.
WHEREAS, Western Home has requested that they be allowed to
hold the Walk to End Alzheimer' s event on September 26, 2015
starting at 8 : 30 a.m. starting and ending at the Amphitheater,
together with the approval of the Director of Safety Services,
and
WHEREAS, said event will begin at 8 : 30 a.m. , with the route
traveling on Park Avenue, Washington, West 4th, and Sycamore then
back to the Amphitheater.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the .request of Western Home to hold the Walk
to End Alzheimer' s event on September 26, 2015 beginning at 8 : 30
a.m. traveling through downtown Waterloo, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September, 2015 .
