RESOLUTION NO. 2015-721
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. AND SETTING
A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS SEPTEMBER 28, 2015 AND
BID OPENING AS SEPTEMBER 24, 2015 FOR DEMOLITION
SERVICES OF THE FORMER TRI-CITY CLOTHING BUILDING
LOCATED AT 711 LOGAN AVENUE, AND INSTRUCT CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL• OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 28th day of September 2015 for
the purpose of holding a public hearing regarding Demolition
Services of the former Tri-City Clothing building at 711 Logan
Avenue, with the bid opening being September 24, 2015 .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September, 2015 .
