RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
OF WATERLOO HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION
TO DESIGNATE THE CAMPBELL BAKING CO. BUILDING
(LOCALLY KNOWN AS THE WONDER BREAD BUILDING)
AS A LOCAL HISTORIC LANDMARK, LOCATED AT 325
COMMERCIAL STREET, AS SEPTEMBER 28, 2015, AT
5 : 30 P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
WATERLOO, c IOWA, , AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 28th day of September, 2015,
for the purpose of considering the request of the Waterloo
Historic Preservation Commission to designate the Campbell Baking
Co. ' Building (locally known as the Wonder Bread Building) as a
local historic landmark, located at 325 Commercial Street .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
