RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF NEW
DIRECTIONS COUNSELING SERVICES, PLLC TO
REZONE 0 . 61 ACRES OF LAND FROM ANR-3",
MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO NNR-3, C-Z"
CONDITIONAL ZONING DISTRICT FOR THE PURPOSE
OF ESTABLISHING A COUNSELING SERVICES
PROFESSIONAL OFFICE LOCATED AT 1310 SOLAR
DRIVE, AS SEPTEMBER 28, 2015, AT 5 : 30 P.M. IN
HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL,
WATERLOO, IOWA, AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at *5 :`30 p.m. on the 28th day of
September, 2015, for the purpose of considering and acting upon
an application of New Directions Counseling Services, PLLC to
REZONE 0 . 61 acres of land from "R-3", Multiple Residence District
TO "R-3, C-Z" Conditional Zoning District for the purpose of
establishing a counseling services professional office located at
1310 Solar Drive, and legally described as follows :
The North 201 . 5' in even width of Lot 16 in
Auditor' s Plat of Part of Meadowdale, in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
