RESOLUTION NO. 2015-730
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
2015 SIDEWALK INSPECTION AND REPAIR PROGRAM—
ZONE 5 .
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2015-729, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , for the 2015 Sidewalk Inspection and
Repair Program—Zone 5, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary
and it is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
program proceed in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September 2015 .
