RESOLUTION NO. 2015-734
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT AND
RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK PERFORMED BY
B&B BUILDERS INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA AT A TOTAL
COST OF $44, 500 IN CONJUNCTION WITH FY2015 UPPER
GATES PARK SHELTER PROJECT.
WHEREAS, B&B Builders Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished
certain materials and performed labor at a total cost of
$44, 500 . 00 in conjunction with the FY2015 Upper Gates Park
Shelter Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
„ IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance of work performed is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th d of September 2015 .
