AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE EAST -WEST ALLEY
FROM REED STREET TO THE NORTH -SOUTH ALLEY BETWEEN REED
AND CUTLER STREETS IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The westerly 134 feet of the 16 foot east -west alley which
is bounded on the south by Lot 79 and on the north by Lots
73, 74 and the westerly 39.2 feet of Lot 75 all in Allen
Heights Addition, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City's
retention of a permanent utility easement over, under, and above
the above described parcel.
