AN ORDINANCE REDUCING A PORTION OF THE PLATTED THIRTY
(30) FOOT BUILDING LINE AT 1747 THRUSH DRIVE IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted building line shall be and
the same hereby reduced as follows:
That portion of the southerly three -tenths (.3) foot in even
width of the northerly thirty (30) feet on Lot 6, Audubon
Park Third Addition, Waterloo, that is built over by the
residence on said lot, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa,
