ORDINANCE NO. 3835
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (5) FOURTH STREET (WEST) OF
SECTION 549, LOADING ZONES; AND BY ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (5) FOURTH STREET (WEST) OF
SECTION 549, LOADING ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
That Subsection (5) Fourth Street (West) of Section 549,
Loading Zones, of the 1988 Traffic Code is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection (5) Fourth Street (West) of
Section 549, Loading Zones, of the 1988 Traffic Code is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
