AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 269 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 268,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred
Sixty-nine (269).
"269.
The westerly half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section No. 12, Township No. 89 North, Range No.
13 West in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, except the following
parts thereof: the North 291.05 feet, the South 136 feet of
the West 363 feet and that part thereof conveyed to the
State of Iowa in Land Deed Record 547, Page 447 of the
Records of Black Hawk County, Iowa, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1"
Agricultural District to "C-2" Commercial District, and
The easterly half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section No. 12, Township No. 89 North, Range No.
13 West in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, except the following
parts thereof: the North 291.05 feet, the South 136 feet of
the West 363 feet and that part thereof conveyed to the
State of Iowa in Land Deed Record 547, Page 447 of the
Records of Black Hawk County, Iowa, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa as "A -i"
Agricultural District to "R-2" One and Two Family Residence
District."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
