ORDINANCE NO. 3837
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (1) AIRLINE HIGHWAY OF SECTION
543, THRU STREETS; AND BY ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A
NEW SUBSECTION (1) AIRLINE HIGHWAY OF SECTION 543, THRU
STREETS; AND
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (la) AIRLINE HIGHWAY AND AIRPORT
BOULEVARD TO SECTION 544, ALL -WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
That Subsection (1) Airline Highway of Section 543, Thru
Streets, of the 1988 Traffic Code is hereby repealed in its
entirely; that a new Subsection (1) Airline Highway of Section
543, Thru Streets, of the 1988 Traffic Code is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows:
(1) Airline Highway From the east corporate limits to the
west corporate limits, except for a
traffic signal at Logan Avenue and a
four-way stop at Airport Boulevard
That Subsection (la) Airline Highway and Airport Boulevard
is hereby added to Section 544, All -Way Stop Intersections of the
1988 Traffic Code as follows:
(1a) Airline Highway and Airport Boulevard

PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: December 2, 1991
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: December 2, 1991
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: December 2, 1991
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 2nd day of
December, 1991, and approved by the Mayor this 4th day of
December, 1991.

by added to Section 544, All -Way
Stop Intersections of the 1988 Traf-
fic Code as follows:
