AN ORDINANCE REDUCING A PORTION OF THE PLATTED
FORTY-SEVEN (47) FOOT BUILDING LINE FOR PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN WEST FOURTH STREET AND
CHICKADEE CT. ON LOT 28, AUDUBON PARK FIRST ADDITION,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted building line shall be and
the same hereby reduced as follows:
Reduction of the 47 foot platted building line on the
side of Lot 28, Audubon Park First Addition, to a 30
building line, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
County, Iowa.
