AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 33 TO SECTION 2A-7,
CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2A-7, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 32, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Thirty-three (33).
"33.
Lot 83, Allen Heights Addition, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C -Z" Conditional Zoning as above described," subject to the
following conditions:
1. Operating hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.,
not to exceed 30 hours per week, and
2. Four parking spaces are to be provided on the existing
driveway with no parking along the alley.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
